HISTORY
The villa was built in 1926. There is not any detailed information about its users, but according to some not totally confirmed sources it used to be premises of a German company, later it used to be inhabited by the doctors from the nearby spa ‘Gryf’.
After World War II it was again inhabited by some doctors and used as a dayroom. At the end of the 1960s the head accountant of the Spa, Jerzy Hopfer, was living in the villa for about 2 years.
